I was in the Cherry-Tones singing group from 1960 to 1973. It started as an offshoot of my local youth club, singing old favourites at old peoples’ homes, and carried on with cabaret spots at dinner-dances, including places like the Dorchester, Connaught Rooms, Royal Festival Hall. These are some recordings of the Cherry-Tones. I am writing a history of the Cherry-Tones. If you want a copy, send me an email by using the ‘Contacts’ section.
